Long lists of New Year’s resolutions, same promises every year, plans for going to the gym and taking care of your diet … sounds familiar? For many people, it usually ends up just here. When we want to lose 10 kg, eat more vegetables, take up swimming, put down fast food and save some money every month, we feel overwhelmed by the tasks we have imposed on ourselves. As a consequence, we are frustrated because we don’t manage to cover all the assumptions at once and it always ends the same way – we lose enthusiasm for our decisions and put them off for another year.
